Sheila & Steven Sheila & Steven http://sns.bigfolioblog.com/ en-us 40 Sharing Old Times Sharing Old Times What an incredible day......my very dear friend Janis, who left Idaho just a few years after I did, came to town this past week.  We spent the entire day Friday together!  We started off with coffee and muffins at the house, and were joined by another dear friend of ours, Anita.  We sat and chattered until noon before Anita went on her way.  Janis and I headed out to explore the "mini bazaar", and spent hours there just snooping around - talking - shopping - scoping.....what an awesome place!  We ended up back at the house where Steven treated us to his culinary skills by preparing dinner for us while we enjoyed a glass of wine and caught up on years of events that had taken place in our lives......the three of us enjoyed a delicious meal and talked until after 11:00 p.m....  I've only seen Janis two or three times in the last 10 years so we had lots to catch up on.  I had an incredible time and hope you did as well my dear friend - we cannot let so much time pass before we get together again.  Thank you for setting aside an entire day just for me!!!!  I've missed our friendship - love you!

That's exactly what the adorable little witch asked us, as she appeared at our house late afternoon - trick-or-treat?  So, we said "treat", and behold - she handed us homemade carmel corn....mmmmm good too!  We had a very pleasant surprise when my brother, sister-in-law and their three youngest came calling with goodies in hand.  Mirissa is much too cute to be a scary witch, and the boys who hid from the camera were dressed up as well, carrying sword and sorcerer wands.  A wonderful surprise!  Thanks you guys.
